i always wind up taking the same photo with a couple different cameras. alex was not into the many shutter clicks it took to make these two images, but she put up with me well enough. the top one is from my 5d mark ii and the bottom one was taken on portra film with my ae-1.

my very talented friend asked me to take some pictures of a dance project she's working on. i have some really nice, crisp digital images that i'll post here soon. for the time being, though, here are a few shots i got with my canon ae-1. (the lines through some of the frames are due to a bad scan.)

the very talented megan holmes lent me a medium format camera a couple weekends back for a trip to the oregon coast. when i got the film back, some of the images i made just seemed to so clearly fit together. i'm not even sure how it happened. i have a couple more that i'll get up soon.
